1 General Terms

These Terms form a valid agreement between the 222det platform ("we", "our", or "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). 222det is an online gaming and betting platform providing services to the Bangladesh market.

By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are voluntarily and knowingly accepting these Terms.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.2 Verification Timeline

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount). This requirement must be met before making a withdrawal.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 222det VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit the bonus system, such as using multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies, will result in cancellation of bonuses and may lead to account closure.

5.5 Promotion Validity

Each promotion has a set validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the validity period ends.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on 222det are conducted fairly and transparently. Members must follow the general gaming rules below.

6.1 Fair Play

Honest and ethical conduct is expected in all games. Any attempt to influence game results using software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised means will result in immediate account closure.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any game result is affected by a server error, network issue or software fault, 222det reserves the right to void that round and the staked amount will be refunded. Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be forfeited.

6.3 Game Rules

6.4 Betting Limits

222det sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market. These limits may change at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Any attempt at fraud, deception or manipulation.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access another member's personal information.
• Threatening or harassing 222det as an organisation or its staff.
• Attempting to undermine the site's software or security systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

If 222det suspects inappropriate conduct by a member, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is underway.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 222det

222det may suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Irregular or suspicious financial activity.
• Long-term inactive account (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request closure of their account via 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Active bets must be settled and any eligible balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 After Account Closure

If an account is closed, any active bonuses will be cancelled. The balance of an account closed due to a breach of terms and conditions may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

222det accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues arising from faults in third-party software or services.
• Financial losses caused by a member's own error or negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by external forces or unforeseen circumstances.

9.1 Gambling Risk

Online gaming and betting always carry financial risk. There is no guarantee of recovering lost money. Only place bets with an amount whose loss will not affect your financial stability.

9.2 Third Parties

222det is not responsible for the operations of third-party game content providers, however any complaints can be submitted through our customer service team.
